Stay at any Alton Towers hotel on Friday 20th July (the night of the book launch) and receive a free copy of J.K. Rowling's latest book: Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows. The book will be delivered hot off the presses to each guest room at 1.00am. How will you spend your Saturday? Reading the book or enjoying Alton Towers rides. That's a tough choice.

Alton Towers will host a concert on 26th August 2007 in a restricted area of the Stratfordshire theme park so only guests with a "park + concert" combi ticket will be able to attend the performance. Confirmed acts include Lemar, Andy Abrahams, Booty Luv, Raghav,... The concert starts at 1pm and lasts until 9pm and you can enjoy Alton Towers rides at anytime starting at 9.30am. Rhythm and Ride tickets are not available online. Call 0870 999 1160 to buy your £35 ticket (£27 for under 12's).
Runaway Mine Train reopens after the July 2006 accident.
